A low-temperature chiller unit that demonstrates high cost performance!

"Under3" is a low-temperature chiller unit that can consistently supply clean water at temperatures below 3°C, thanks to our chiller control technology. There is no temperature rise during the shutdown of the refrigeration unit, and unlike ice storage systems, there are no limitations on the amount of ice used, allowing for continuous supply. Additionally, by expanding existing facilities, it is possible to supply even lower temperature clean water at a high flow rate. [Construction Achievements] Renewal of Heating and Cooling Heat Pump Chiller Unit

Significant improvement in airflow through inspection and maintenance of the air handling unit! Achieved restoration of original air conditioning capacity.

Inspection and maintenance of the air handling unit were conducted alongside the renovation of the air conditioning system. The 100-horsepower dedicated chiller unit and steam system have been updated to a heat pump chiller unit (100 horsepower), stopping the use of steam for heating. With the timing for updating the chiller unit, we have ceased the use of steam for heating operations and installed a chiller unit that can provide both cooling and heating, thereby reducing the rising costs of heavy oil usage and achieving energy savings with a newly installed chiller that has a high COP (coefficient of performance). 【Benefits of Implementation】 ■ Reduction in running costs ■ Improvement in air volume *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
